Holding:
Once you make a purchase or win an auction from us, the order
will be promptly shipped according to our payment guidelines.
If for any reason we are asked to hold your order we will do
so but at your risk and they must be paid for in full.
Once paid for, we will hold fish until the agreed-upon ship date.
Ship dates must be within 7 days of payment to avoid a pre-paid daily hold fee
(2% per day beginning on the 8th day). The purpose of the hold fee is to cover the
cost of the occupied space and care to be given while holding your order.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any fish that becomes
sick or die during a "hold"! Holding an order is at the buyer's risk!
Unfortunately, when dealing with live animals no one can
predict what may or may not happen. When your fish are ordered,
they are alive, healthy, and in top condition.
Our top priority is that you receive your fish not just alive
but in excellent condition.
