Contact Form
If you have questions about ordering, an order you have placed, the availability of fish shown on our Stock Shop pages or if you need to contact us regarding another matter, please fill out the contact form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours).

You may place your order by phone if you prefer, but orders actually are easier, more efficient, more accurate and quicker (and just as safe) placed through the web site. Due to the nature of our business we do not have operators "standing by". All questions and inquiries are MUCH better handled via email - you will likely get a faster and more concise response to any questions using that method. We strongly encourage your use of email for all correspondence.

If contacting us about an order already shipped, in most cases the day you received the tracking information is the day your package was shipped. USPS Priority mail is NOT updated daily so you will not get a step by step update of where your package is. You will simply receive notification when your package was shipped and when it was delivered ! Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please do not contact us stating "I received a USPS tracking number but it has not registered in the USPS system as being shipped yet" as it won't until it has arrived at its destination. Unfortunately, that is how USPS works.
